In the paper, the slaughter characteristics of bulls slaughtered in 2004 – 2006 were evaluated. The results showed introduction of SEUROP method was successful in our conditions. Hereafter, while the average weights of carcasses were satisfactory, the average weight gain was insufficient from the economic point of view. In the Czech breeds and crossbreds, the satisfactory results of bulls fattening could be yet achieved.
