The aim of the work was to estimate the prediction equations for determination of ruminal digestibility of crude protein in the feed for ruminants. In vitro methods, as well as other alternative methods, do not provide the real values obtained in animals. Estimation of prediction equations which express the inter-dependence of values obtained by the in sacco method in animals and in vitro method enables more accurate, faster and more effective assessment of ruminal protein digestibility in cattle.
