The 40th annual scientific conference with international participation „Current Issues of Animal Bioclimatology 2025“ was divided into several thematic areas. The presented papers were focused on the questions of antimicrobial use and resistance, the possibilities of preventing heat stress in livestock, the issue of preventive measures against the penetration of foot-and-mouth disease and other causative agents of the infectious diseases into farms and their spread on farm premises, including the importance of adhering to the principles of prophylaxis and biosecurity for maintaining good health and an adequate level of welfare. Various aspects of breeding primitive and beef cattle breeds in organic and conventional farms were the question of another thematic area of lectures. The final part of the conference was dedicated to the questions of the influence of anabolics on the pigs liver parenchyma and the effectiveness of the treatment of intramammary infections. Other papers, published in the proceedings from the conference, were presented at designated times as online posters.
